Okay I need some help!!!

This isnt a graphics request but it is a graphics team request...

Basically I need some new recruits to my graphics team
Chaotic Productions...

I have:
Main graphics designer and manga producer: ME!!! ^_^
Weapons designer: Tom
Part Monster designer: Jon

But I also need:

Manga:
- Landscape designer
- 2 Monster designers
- 2 people to help me with the story line (the help isnt needed now but I will need it in thte future)
- Help for the fight scenes

Forum team:
- 2 graphics people (To help with requests or just people who make sigs and avatars everynow and then and just want to be part of a team)

Please help me...

Its a fullproof plan
